Sometimes, what seems like an upset actually turns out to be a blessing in disquise! I found out in June I was losing my current shop location and was a bit frantic for a minute...not sure where I would go, but low and behold, God had something better for me! (yaaay, me!) Nest is now located in the old Tannery building at the base of First Street. And boy are we havin a great ttime down here! The tannery is full of wonderful businesses and amazing shop owners, foot traffic is great, and sure to only improve when the build out is complete at the back! I will be adding a second larger space back there to accomidate my endless supply of beautiful furnishings. ; ) We have had an overwhelming response to the shop...word has been getting around and people seem to be falling in love with the look. I stuck with a nuetral pallet in this space..."greige" if you will. Greys, Natural, Tan, White, Black, gold...Lots of farmhouse and shabby chic as well as industrial pieces, wonderful decor and gift items, lots of burlap and pillows, all blend to create a wonderfully cozy and beautiful atmosphere. We are here every day except Mondays. On the weekends, you can meet my sweet daughter, Kelsey, who is fast becoming a great asset...providing me more time to hunt up and paint treasures! We have some really amazing reclaimed wood furniture as well as custom farm tables moving through here...and remember, I do custom shopping and painting to create just the special piece you are looking for!
